over 50

yep i have now lost over 50lbs. i have lost 51.6lbs. I am 161.4lbs and only 11.4lbs away from my birthday goal. I am getting very excited. my goal is so close!!! I have not strayed once thus far and it is paying off for sure. I am just now able to recognize that i am thinner when i look in the mirror. I am happy about that as well. people say when you are overweight for so long, when you lose weight you still see your old self in the mirror. so if you are on the journey to losing weight and still see your old self in the mirror - have no fear it will come when one day you will the change.
