First week on Medifast

This first week is not what you would consider an easy week to be losing weight. We've had so many temptations this week. Eric has been on vacation so we've been doing family stuff pretty much all week and have not been home. Boy have we had a wonderful week. Cabrillo Nat. Monument, Wild Animal Park, tidepools, Ontario to the Rainforest Cafe - and other stuff I cant remember at the moment. Anyways...I have resisted all temptations this week and it has surely paid off I have lost 4.6lbs in 1 week. I am so excited!!!!

My Weight Loss Journey

Since I started my business things have been so busy!!! I love it!!! On Sat. I started something called Medifast. I'm super excited about this. I hope to lose all of this weight by my 30th birthday!!! So far so good!!!! I have resisted temptation and am doing really well :)

Elias

My sweet boy turned 2 yesterday!!! Wow - time sure goes by fast. He is a sweet boy and we love him very much!!!! Happy birthday Peanut!!!

February

Here we are at the end of Feb. Let's see...Hannahbelle is rolling all over the place. She cut her bottom 2 front teeth and is about to cut her top 2 teeth. Moriah and Christian are enjoying Cubbies and Gymnastics class as well as Sunday School. Elias enjoys his Sunday School as well. We have been to a b-day party every weekend this month and will continue into the first 2 weekends of March. We will be celebrating Elias 2nd Birthday in March. I am trucking away at my crafting. My next projects are tutus and Peek-A-Boo Shapes. I am also making a lot of hairbows. i hope to sell my creations one day.

It's been a while

We are now into the month of Jan 2010 and quite a bit has been going on. Eric and I are working out on our new Wii Fit Plus - we absolutely love it! I have lost 3 lbs so far this month, which I'm pretty happy about. I have done quite a bit of b-day/christmas shopping this year already. my newest addiction is making bows for hair accessories. I have become a ribbon junkie so stay tuned to see what treasures I create.
