Gearing Up

We are all gearing up for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Out here in Southern California it's summer weather. I am a winter girl and want it to be cold and it's crazy hot!!! This week I am down to 156.7lbs. I am 6.7 lbs til my birthday goal weight. I am so close and so excited. Maybe I will be at my final goal by my birthday!!! We will see...one goal at a time for me :) I love that I am getting to my goal week by week and lb by lb. In the beginning I set an achievable goal and I have been determined to get there and here I am 6.7lbs away. I am thankful for every lb I lose because I know I am getting healthier. Getting healthy outweighs any piece of cake or spoonful of ice cream!!!
